• Mercier Therapy® (coming soon)

 

The Mercier therapy is a deep pelvic organ, visceral, manipulative technique in which by mobilizing the reproductive organs, blood flow is restored and optimal health is achieved.  It uses gentle, hands-on visceral manipulation of pelvic organs to release tension, break up scar tissue, improve blood flow and restore optimal health. This method corresponds perfectly with Arvigo ® techniques for reproductive, digestive and multi-system issues.

• Gillespie Approach of CFT® 

 

CFT or Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is for babies, children and adults. It is a gentle and non-invasive special form of bodywork that helps in numerous health conditions to restore the body to its optimal condition.  When physical trauma and/or emotional trauma causes restrictions on the otherwise typically free flowing movement of cerebrospinal fluid into the fascial web, pain and pressure is exerted on the associated nerves, muscles, organs, blood vessels, lymph vessels and bones of the body. The Gillespie Approach CFT incorporates hands-on approach that allows the body to unravel the tight restrictions of the myofascial system to restore optimal functioning.

• Pregnancy Intrapartum & Postpartum

 

Bodywork that supports the pregnant or postpartum body in achieving optimal health outcomes for both the mother and the developing baby. Helps to achieve maximum comfort during pregnancy, aids in optimal birth experiences and outcomes and helps achieve optimal postpartum healing from both vaginal and cesarean births.

• Breech Release

 

Bodywork that incorporates body balancing, Spinning Babies ®, Home - Spinning Babies, Arvigo technique®, Tul’ix Indigenous Arts: The Home of Arvigo Institute - Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, the work of Restory Birthwork ® Breech Release – ReStory Birthwork and external cephalic version when applicable to help address restrictions in the body and create corrections that will ideally allow the baby to turn to a head down position.

ECV are two plus hours $500 and travel fee if over one hours drive

• Vaginal Steaming

 

The objective of Vaginal Steaming is to restore balance, increase blood flow and allow the delicate mucosal tissue of the vagina to absorb beneficial, safe and applicable herbal remedies that can assist with hormone balancing, increasing fertility, postpartum healing, reducing menstrual cramps, enhancing sexual pleasure, help with hypertonicity of the vagina (muscles that are very tight typically from lifestyles choices) and more.
