We offer a wide range of CLIA (clinical laboratory improvement amendments) approved tests to help you find out exactly what is happening within your body. Whether that be with nutrient deficiencies, sex and adrenal hormone deficiencies or abnormalities, gut issues, and other issues that lead to suboptimal health.

• DUTCH® Testing

 

This stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones. DUTCH® test is a group of validated tests that test for a comprehensive evaluation of sex and adrenal hormones including the metabolites. Through urine and saliva testing, the test is convenient for you to do in your home over the course of 24 hours (to one month if adding the cycle mapping test). The effectiveness of this test is achieved due to the ability to test cortisol levels throughout the day instead of one to two samples that are being taken with serum (blood) testing. In addition, extensive metabolic testing for cortisol and estrogens (amongst others) are tested to give a more complete, thorough picture of the health of the hormonal, endocrine system.  After the test is complete, I receive the results to then review them completely with you. We then are able to formulate a plan that first includes lifestyle modifications, nutrition, supplementation, if necessary, movement, stress reduction, bodywork and other forms of therapies if applicable and medications are the last resort. The objective is to encourage you to reach for optimal health where you feel your best, most optimum self and have the results to prove it.

• GI MAPPING® Test

 

Diagnostic Solutions is a CLIA approved testing company that provides the GI-MAP® (Microbial Assay Plus). This test provides a comprehensive stool test that works with qPCR (quantitative polymerase chain reaction) technology to evaluate whether you have parasites, bacteria, H. Pylori, and fungi. This test is reserved typically for persistent cases of GI distress. They allow for in-depth testing that will retrieve answers that more convention testing will not. 

QUEST®. LABCORP® and other CLIA approved companies are used to do comprehensive testing of vitamins, minerals, complete blood count, sexually transmitted infections, comprehensive metabolic testing, basic hormonal testing including insulin, glucose, thyroid functioning, sex hormones, urinalysis, and so much more.
